Inspiro Software administers and operates the www.InspiroSoftware.co.uk Site remotely from its location in Denmark; other Inspiro Software sites may be administered and operated from various locations outside of Denmark. Although the Site is accessible worldwide, not all features, products or services discussed, referenced, provided or offered through or on the Site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations, or appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. Inspiro Software reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion, the provision and quantity of any feature, product or service to any person or geographic area. Any offer for any feature, product or service made on the Site is void where prohibited. If you choose to access the Site from outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and you are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

What information do we collect?

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
Third party links
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer links to third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we discover that we hold data pertaining to anyone under 13 years of age, we shall take steps to delete it. TERMS OF IDEA SUBMISSION
You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Inspiro Software, without any compensation to you; (2) Inspiro Software may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Inspiro Software to respond to the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
Inspiro Software does, however, welcome your feedback regarding many areas of Inspiro Software’s existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us by contacting us. Please provide only specific feedback on Inspiro Software’s existing products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that Inspiro Software’s policy will not permit it to accept or consider. It’s just one more way that Inspiro Software can learn how to best satisfy your needs.
FEEDBACK AND INFORMATION
Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Inspiro Software shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

Inspiro Software is very keen to hear your feedback about our products and services, if you want to submit feedback, please get in touch. Any customers for custom-built software will receive a survey where they can fill in comments and rate the service you received. Inspiro Software takes your complaints very seriously, and we have outlined our complaints procedure below for you to view.
The first step should be contacting us as soon as possible, and raising your concern with our team (either via phone or email). Usually any concerns are resolved using this informal method, however, if you’re still not happy, then you can follow the formal procedure below.
You can contact us by clicking here to begin the complaints procedure (the use of other methods of contact may result in a delay in the resolution of your complaint.) Your complaint will be then sent to a support representative who will respond to your request within 1 working day and attempt to offer a solution within 5 working days. If you are dissatisfied with the response you received, then you can ask for your issue to be re-investigated, or invoke Stage 2 of our procedure.
A further investigation is launched, in an attempt to resolve the complaint raised to us, and the data of both of the investigations are combined to then find a resolution. You will then be contacted by your nominated representative (that was assigned in Stage 1) within 5 working days, who will then tell you the results of the investigation and the action taken to resolve the complaint. If you are dissatisfied with the resolution you received, then you can ask for your issue to be transferred to a senior representative (if it is not already being handled by one) and invoke Stage 3.
If you’re still not happy with the response you’ve gotten from us, then you reach deadlock, as we are unable to assist you any further. You reach deadlock if you get to this stage of the procedure, where we are unable to offer a satisfactory resolution, or, if eight (8) weeks has passed when you first raised the complaint.

All ideas submitted by you (SUBMITTER) will immediately become property of Inspiro Software.
Submission of an idea does not constitute any binding relationship between Inspiro Software and SUBMITTER. Inspiro Software is under no obligation to make your application.
It is likely that more than one app submitted will be similar, therefore it is at Inspiro Software’s sole discretion which application, if any, to build and which SUBMITTER to credit.
SUBMITTER will receive 30% of all gross revenues (Gross Revenues are proceeds received by Inspiro Software after App Store commission is taken out) generated AFTER the “break even” point for their application (break even is defined as cost paid by Inspiro Software to develop and market application. Our (typical) prices can be found here.)
If application does not break even, SUBMITTER will receive NO compensation.
By accepting these terms you give consent for Inspiro Software to use your name, likeness, ideas, application and personal information for any and all purposes, including posting on the Inspiro Software website and any promotional materials.
Because many ideas may be similar, it is at Inspiro Software’s sole discretion to determine who is the original SUBMITTER of any idea. In principle, it will be the first submitter.
Because Inspiro Software is actively developing original applications, a submitted idea may already be in development and such ideas are the property of Inspiro Software. You give permission to Inspiro Software to contact you via phone and/ or email to further clarify your idea or discuss this agreement.
THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE WITHOUT INSPIRO SOFTWARE’S WRITTEN CONSENT. THIS AGREEMENT AND ITS TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT NOTICE AND AT INSPIRO SOFTWARE’S SOLE DISCRETION. If your application has been rejected for production then Inspiro Software will return your rights to you on request.
